JeffThinksDifferently® provides advisory guidance, strategic consulting, and educational support. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, financial broker-dealer, or medical/therapy provider. All information, conversations, content, or materials provided are for educational and decision-support purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or mental health treatment advice.

 

Clients are encouraged to consult with their own licensed attorneys, tax specialists, medical providers, financial advisors, and other regulated professionals before making decisions that require formal professional consultation or compliance with state or federal regulation.

 

Participation in advisory conversations does not create a fiduciary, brokerage, clinical, legal-client, or attorney-client relationship unless separately documented in a signed agreement with the appropriate licensed professional.

Mental Health & Neurodivergence Disclosure

Discussions related to mental health, mindset, decision processing, stress, trauma history, communication differences, or neurodivergence are supportive in nature and are not clinical treatment.

Real Estate Disclosure

Real estate advisory and support offered through JeffThinksDifferently® is consultative.
All regulated real estate transactions are conducted through licensed real estate brokers or agents in the states where services are performed.

 

Where state law requires real estate licensure, brokerage services are delivered exclusively through our licensed partners or through the licensed entity for that state.
Where state law does not require licensing for a specific advisory activity, services may be provided directly or in coordination with a licensed professional.

 

Advisory conversation alone does not constitute a real estate brokerage relationship without a signed agreement with the responsible licensed broker.

Business Buying, Selling & Franchise Advisory Disclosure

Business acquisition, sale, consulting, and franchise advisory laws differ by state.

  • In states requiring business brokerage or franchise brokerage registration/licensure:
    Services are conducted through licensed, registered, or partnered professionals.
  • In states where no license is required: Services may be provided directly, in cooperation with licensed professionals, or through referral agreements.

We may work alongside the client’s existing broker, provide separate advisory guidance, or coordinate through our brokerage partners depending on regulatory requirements.
